Privacy policy
Last updated: September 27, 2026
This policy explains how OzGaming LLC ("OzGaming", "we", "us") handles information when you use our website ozgamingllc.com and our games, including Rosa's by the Sea on Android, iPhone and iPad, and on the web (including on game websites that host it). OzGaming LLC, based in Texas, USA, is responsible for the information described here.
The short version
- You don't need an account, and our games never ask for your name, email or phone number.
- Your game progress is saved on your device (or, on the web, in your browser or your account on the site you play on). We don't run game servers that store it.
- Our phone apps show ads from Google AdMob. Ads may use your device's advertising ID. You can limit this in your device settings, and players in Europe and the UK are asked for consent first.
- Purchases in our apps are handled by Google Play or the Apple App Store. We never see your card details.
- We don't sell your personal information for money.
1. Information involved and why
Game progress and settings
Your progress (items, rooms, coins, stars, energy) and settings such as sound are stored on your device. In the phone apps they are kept in the app's own storage. On Android, your phone may include this in its backup to your Google account if device backup is turned on; this is handled by Google under your backup settings. On the web, progress is stored in your browser, or in your account on the site where you play if you are signed in there. We do not receive a copy on our own servers.
Ads (phone apps)
Our Android and iOS apps show ads from Google AdMob: optional "watch an ad" rewards, and short ads between renovation steps (unless you bought "Remove Ads"). To show and measure ads, prevent fraud and limit how often you see the same ad, Google may collect:
- your device's advertising ID. On iPhone and iPad, it is only used if you allow tracking when the app asks.
- your IP address and approximate location derived from it
- device and app information (model, operating system, language, app version)
- your interactions with ads
Where the law allows and, where required, with your consent, Google may use this to show ads based on your interests. Players in the European Economic Area, the UK and Switzerland see Google's consent form the first time they open the app, and can change their choice at any time from Menu → Ad privacy choices. Learn more in how Google uses information from apps that use its services.
In-app purchases (phone apps)
Purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store under your account with them. We never receive your name, card details or billing address. We use RevenueCat to check that purchases are valid and to restore them on a new device. It receives:
- purchase details: the product, price, currency, date and store transaction and receipt IDs
- a random app user ID that is not linked to your name
- basic device and app information, such as operating system, app version and store country
See RevenueCat's privacy policy.
Playing on the web
When you play on a game website (for example CrazyGames), that website runs the page, shows its own ads and handles any account features under its own privacy policy. If you are signed in there, it may let the game display your username and profile picture in the game menu; we don't store them.
This website
Our website has no ads, no analytics and no tracking cookies. It is hosted by Cloudflare, which processes technical information such as IP addresses and browser details to deliver the site and protect it from attacks.
When you email us
If you write to support@ozgamingllc.com, we receive your email address, your message and anything you attach. We use it only to help you and to keep a record of the conversation.
2. How we use information
We use the information above to run our games and save your progress; to show ads and keep them working; to process, validate and restore purchases; to answer your messages; to prevent fraud and abuse; and to meet legal obligations. For players in the EEA and UK, our legal bases are: providing the game and purchases you asked for (contract); your consent, for personalized ads; and our legitimate interests in keeping the game running, showing non-personalized ads, preventing fraud and helping you.
3. Who we share it with
We share information only with the service providers named above: Google (AdMob and Google Play), Apple (App Store), RevenueCat and Cloudflare. We also share it when the law requires us to, to protect our players or our rights, or as part of a sale or merger of our business (in which case this policy continues to apply).
US state privacy laws: we don't sell personal information for money. However, when ads are personalized, sharing your advertising ID with our ad partner may count as "selling" or "sharing" under some US state laws. To opt out:
- On Android, delete or reset your advertising ID (Settings → Privacy → Ads, or Settings → Google → Ads).
- On iPhone and iPad, don't allow tracking.
- Or email us and we'll help.
4. Children
Our games are made for a general audience aged 13 and over and are not directed to children under 13. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please email us and we will delete it.
5. How long information is kept
Progress and settings on your device stay until you use Menu → Reset progress, clear the app's or browser's data, or uninstall the app. We keep support emails for as long as we need them to help you and for our records, and no longer than three years. Google, Apple and RevenueCat keep information according to their own policies, and purchase records as long as the law requires.
6. Your choices and rights
- Ads: use "Ad privacy choices" in the game menu (EEA/UK), reset or delete your advertising ID, or turn off ad personalization in your device settings.
- Your progress: delete it with Menu → Reset progress, or by uninstalling the app.
- Your rights: depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, to object to or restrict its use, to data portability, and to withdraw consent. Email us and we will respond within 30 days (45 days where US state law allows). We won't treat you differently for using these rights.
- Complaints: if you are in the EEA or UK, you can also contact your local data protection authority.
7. Security and international transfers
We use trusted providers and keep the information we handle to a minimum. Our service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, they use safeguards approved by regulators, such as standard contractual clauses.
8. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page. For important changes, we will also let you know in the game.
